The Rail Academy is a specialist, operations training and assessment provider.  Through our exclusive partnerships  we are able to provide experienced, qualified instructors in Train Driving, Guarding, Depot Driving, Shunting and other safety critical operating roles.   

All instructors are experienced in their roles and qualified as instructors and assessors. 

Hire Driver or Guard Instructors and Assessors

Our team of assessors can:

• Help deliver your inhouse training programs or lead them for you;
• Train new train drivers, including all elements of Part A and Part B;
• Carry out cyclical training and assessments  including rules, traction and route refreshes for drivers and guards;
• Undertake train driver apprentice end point assessments.
